Do you have an empty/vacant listing coming up? We have the perfect inventory to furnish your entire listing or just a few rooms. We create a fresh and enticing lifestyle experience by carefully selecting handpicked furniture, artwork, and accessories for each home. Studies show that staged homes generate the greatest market attention and spend fewer days on the market. Our staging services are ideal for investors, realtors, homeowners and builders who are ready to put the finishing touches on their property to sell quickly, at the highest possible value.

Our base package includes staging for the following areas:

  • Living Room
  • Formal
  • Dining Room
  • Primary Bedroom and Bathroom
  • Breakfast Area (If Applicable)

All vacant home stages include an in-person preview, design planning, labor for staging and de-staging, plus accessorizing kitchen and one extra bathroom under a 60-day agreement. Staging is available to stay beyond 60 days with a month-to-month rental fee.

(Extra rooms such as a second living space or office can be added for an additional fee. In addition, any listings outside of our service area of Austin County, Texas may incur an additional drive time/fuel fee.)

Great Ideas Come Through Discussion.

 

This service is ideal for occupied homes where homeowners just need the “how to” and specific plan to get their home ready for listing day. During this thorough 90-minute in-home consultation, we examine the house from a buyer’s perspective. As we work through the home, we will highlight stylistic changes to be made to ensure the home appeals to the broadest range of buyers. This service is designed to give all the objective, expert advice needed to do the staging work yourself. It is suggested that either yourself or your realtor take notes during this evaluation.

Add-Ons:

  • A detailed staging report will be provided upon request for an additional fee. This written report will be generated within 2-3 business days from date of request.
  • For an additional hourly charge, we will implement our recommendations for you. You can sit back, relax, and leave the tedious work to us!
